Halloween 2018: Haunted

Well, after a year of planning I held my first ever Halloween party! What a blast. Almost everyone was able to make it and dressed up.

The evening was a great combination of talking, grooving, a costume contest, and a murder mystery that I scored a week before hand at the thrift store (and then promptly went searching for a tape player to play the cassette that came with it!) Most of us had never done a murder mystery before and were eager to try. With more people than there were characters, we teamed up and had a hilarious time with it. “I-we loved my-our father! I-we would never murder him!”

Lots of people thought I bought and paid a ton for the decor (win) and there were many questions on how I made my creepy food (double win). I made a skeleton hand cheese ball that I forgot to photograph before we devoured it.. Oops

As for pictures of everything, I snapped these few shots before everyone came over and then promptly forgot to take any other pictures since we were having too much fun. (Triple win.)
